Some of the present inventions are directed to systems and methods for investor-directed online lending. Some inventions are directed to digital on-line peer-to-peer lending. Some inventions are related to affinity models in online lending and peer-to-peer lending. Some embodiments are related to auto investment and auction or funding period and bidding on all or portions of available notes. Some of the embodiments relate to using a Non-Payment Dependent Note (NPDN) securities structure in online lending. Some embodiments combine on-line affinity lending systems and methods with NPDN lending systems and methods. User interfaces are described for each.
