  • Publication number: 20260148004
Abstract: The system obtains a first message and a second message and analyzes them to obtain an indication of a first and second emotive content associated with the first and second message, respectively. The first and second emotive content correspond to a category among multiple categories including positive, negative, and neutral. The system determines whether the second emotive content matches the first emotive content. Upon determining that the second emotive content does not match the first emotive content, the system suggests a change to the second message, where the change to the second message causes the second emotive content to match the first emotive content. The system receives an approval of the change and consequently makes the change to the second message.

  • Publication number: 20260147979
Abstract: The system obtains a message and an attachment associated with the message and creates a summary of the message and a summary of the attachment. The summary of the message includes a first statement, and the summary of the attachment includes a second statement. The system creates first and second embedding vectors representing the first and second statements, respectively. The system determines whether the first statement associated with the message and the second statement associated with the attachment are related. If related, the system determines whether the message addresses the second statement associated with the attachment. If the message does not address the second statement, the system generates, based on the message and the second statement, a modification to the message, where the modification addresses the second statement associated with the attachment.

  • Publication number: 20260148194
Abstract: The disclosed system enhances task and calendar management through artificial intelligence. The system obtains multiple messages and calendar entries associated with a user. Using AI, the system analyzes messages to identify tasks related to calendar entries. For each task, the system retrieves information including the subject matter and invitees associated with the related calendar entry. The system then identifies a group of messages relevant to the calendar entry based on the invitees and/or subject matter. Using AI, the system creates a summary of these relevant messages and sends this summary to the user. This process streamlines task management, improves calendar organization, and provides concise summaries of relevant message conversations, thereby enhancing overall productivity and communication efficiency.

  • Publication number: 20260127552
Abstract: The disclosed system obtains multiple groups of messages, where a first group of messages among the multiple groups of messages includes a first multiplicity of messages and where a second group of messages among the multiple groups of messages includes a second multiplicity of messages, different from the first multiplicity of messages. The system determines a first visual indicator associated with the first group of messages and a second visual indicator associated with the second group of messages, different from the first visual indicator. The first and the second visual indicators indicate membership in the first and second group of messages, respectively. The system applies the first visual indicator to the first group of messages and the second visual indicator to the second group of messages, thereby indicating to a user a grouping of the first multiplicity of messages and the second multiplicity of messages.

  • Publication number: 20260129016
Abstract: The technology creates dynamic headers to organize electronic messages in a message client software application on a user device. The technology involves configuring criteria for headers to dynamically separate messages into groups based on metadata such as time parameters, sender, recipients, and urgency. Headers are generated and inserted into the user interface to separate messages that meet the criteria from those that do not. The criteria can be reconfigured, causing the headers and associated messages to be dynamically repositioned. The technology can reconfigure headers to dynamically modify display of the messages. The technology supports user input for criteria configuration and utilizes generative AI models to process metadata and generate headers, enhancing the organization and presentation of electronic messages.

  • Patent number: 12574341
Abstract: The present technology provides methods and systems for enhanced email communication by generating sender-centric responses in an email client. The email client takes sender-specific data and data used to determine the relationship between the sender and receiver. This data is then used as input for a trained receiver-specific generative AI model. The generative AI model generates a custom response for a new inbound email which is displayed on the email client.

  • Publication number: 20260064242
Abstract: The disclosed technology relates to searching for the spatial location of an icon on a home screen that includes multiple icons linked to apps or widgets. The home screen can include a search field for user input to locate a specific app or widget. Upon receiving a search query, the system identifies and visually indicates the spatial location of the corresponding icon on the home screen. The visual indication can include displaying a path, displaying navigable instructions, highlighting the icon or folder, or making the icon oscillate. The system also corrects misspellings in the search query and maintains the visibility of icons while using the search field.

  • Patent number: 12561868
Abstract: The system obtains emails sent to a user, an email among the emails, and a sender of the email and determines whether the sender provided an image representing the sender. Upon determining that the sender did not provide the image, the system obtains the image representing the sender. The system identifies a subset of emails, where each email in the subset of emails is from the sender. The system presents in an email interface the subset of emails along with the image representing the sender. The system obtains an indication from the user to change the image, and in response obtains images representing the sender by searching a database of images. The system presents the images to the user and obtains a selected image from the user. The system replaces in the email interface the image representing the sender with the selected image to obtain an updated email interface.

  • Publication number: 20250211560
Abstract: A system can cause display of a mixed reality interface including multiple graphical tiles. The system can detect a user action of a user relative to the mixed reality interface while displaying the multiple graphical tiles and correlate the user action to the display of the mixed reality interface to interact with a particular graphical tile. In response to the user action, the system can display, through the mixed reality interface, the user's interaction with the particular graphical tile.
