Abstract: Systems and methods for secure delivery of prescribed medications are provided. Patient data for a particular patient is received from a requesting device and verified. Database(s) are queried to retrieve prescription information associated with the particular patient and transmitted to the requesting device and one is selected along with a delivery option, including a location. A lockable container is programmed with the authentication information for said particular patient. A drone for carrying the lockable container is programmed with the delivery location for dispatch.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing world-wide access to prescribed medications include a prescription database with prescriptions, each associated with a unique patient identifier and an anticipated remaining quantity, which is automatically updated over time by software, when executed, based on a prescribed dosage for the prescriptions. The software causes periodic review of the prescriptions to identify a subset where the anticipated remaining quantity is at or below a predetermined threshold, and for each, generates a patient electronic notification at a respective patient system prompting a telehealth visit. Where an affirmative response is received a second electronic notification is generated by the software at a respective healthcare provider system prompting acceptance of the telehealth visit.

Abstract: Systems and methods for hiring persons to perform services on a temporary basis are provided. Data from worker user devices is received and profiles for worker users are established at an application hosted by server(s). Indications of ownership or membership interest in a larger entity by the worker users are provided way an ownership exchange subsystem hosted at the server(s). Data from hiring user devices is received and job entries are established. Indications of acceptances for the job entries and completion of jobs are received. Compensation amounts due to the worker users for the completed jobs is determined by payment module hosted at the server(s). Payments are electronically collected from hiring entities and payment is electronically disbursed to the worker users by way of a payment module hosted by the server(s).

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing virtual pharmacy consultations are disclosed. A prescription database includes unique patient identifiers and associated prescriptions, each associated with a pharmacist identifier. Requests for virtual pharmacist consultations are received from the patient systems, each identifying one of the prescriptions. For each of the requests, the pharmacist identifier associated with the prescription is identified, and an electronic communications link is established between the patient system and a respective one of pharmacist systems for a telecommunications session.

Following receipt of dispensation information from the pharmacy systems, new blocks are generated for updating the blockchain(s) at the prescription database.

Abstract: A safety system and related methods for a train are disclosed. A control system receives data from sensor(s) located at an engine or car of the train and determines if any stored safety parameters are exceeded. If so, the controller activates a safety device of the engine or car to slow or stop the train, transmits an electronic notification indicating activation of the safety device to a first remote device and the second remote device, and prevents deactivation of the safety device unless and until an authenticated override authorization is received from both the first and second remote devices.

Abstract: A safety system and related methods for a train are provided. Sensors are located at axles and bearing of freight cars. Where a control system determines that data received from sensors located at axles and bearings of freight cars exceed safety parameters, safety devices for the train are activated which slow or stop the train, an alert is transmitted to at least two remote devices, one associated with a railroad operator authority and one associated with a local governmental authority, and deactivation of the safety devices is electronically prevented unless and until authenticated override authorizations are received from both remote devices.

Abstract: A strapless, personal protective face mask that includes glasses, a nosepiece, and a mouth covering is described. The glasses are configured to be worn by a user and includes a bridge. The face mask may include a nosepiece having a curved body, an attachment portion disposed along the top of the body, and an attachment feature configured to securely attach the nosepiece to, for example, the bridge of the glasses. The mouth covering extends from the bottom of the body and covers at least a majority of the user's mouth. An embodiment having a transparent shield over the zone about a user's mouth is also described.

Abstract: Devices, such as containers, systems, and methods for facilitating intermittent fueling, or adherence to other dietary plans or programs, are provided. The containers may include a moveable access panel, a locking mechanism configured to selectively secure the access panel in a closed position, and a controller configured to receive user input regarding dietary plan preferences and operate the locking mechanism in accordance with the user input. The container may be programmed locally or by way of a remote server. Locking operations may be modified according to consumption and activity information.

A unique patient identifier is received from a user device and the related prescriptions are retrieved from the database and displayed for user selection. Pharmacies which are geographically proximate to a location of the given user device which report availability of the medication associated with the user selected prescription are displayed at a map at the given user device.

Abstract: Systems and methods for printing a manufacturing object using solvent melding by additive manufacturing are provided. Build data is uploaded to a controller for creating the manufacturing object. A recoater individually deposits multiple layers of granulized build material within a build box. A printhead deposits a solvent configured to meld the build material at respective areas of the multiple layers in accordance with said build data following deposit of each of the multiple layers of the build material within the build box.

Abstract: A respirator mask that includes a body, a nasal interface, and a mouthpiece. The body defines an exterior surface and an interior space. The mouthpiece includes an inner channel that is insertable into a human mouth, wherein the inner channel extends outward from the exterior surface of the body and defines an opening into the interior space. The nasal interface includes a recessed portion that is recessed into the body and is configured to receive at least part of a human nose. The nasal interface further includes a pair of nozzles, wherein each nozzle of the pair of nozzles is insertable into a nostril of a wearer and defines an opening into the interior space.

One or more assemblies, each with stop signs and traffic signaling devices which signal vehicles to proceed or wait are provided, preferably at a side of a roadway of an intersection. Arrival times for one or more vehicles are determined. A signal indicating permission to proceed is sent from a command center to the assembly associated with the earliest of the arrival times with permission to set the traffic signaling device of the assembly to proceed.

The controller receives data from a cross-traffic vehicle detection device indicating a presence or non-presence of vehicles within a second area rearward of the stop sign. Where data is received indicating the presence of at least one vehicle within the first area and the non-presence of any vehicles within the second area, the controller commands a traffic signaling device for the stop sign to temporarily cease providing the wait signal and instead provide the proceed signal.

Abstract: Systems and methods for providing traffic signals to drivers of vehicles include vehicle-based systems which visually or audibly provide wait and proceed messages to drivers. A command center electronically receives arrival times recorded by time keeping devices of stop signs at an intersection upon arrival of the vehicles as determined by vehicle detection devices. Identifiers for the arriving vehicles are received and associated with the arrival times. A command is transmitted to set the traffic signaling device of the stop sign associated with an earliest arrival time to proceed, and if the earliest arrival time is associated with an identifier, to provide the proceed message at the vehicle-based systems associated the identifier.

Abstract: Systems and method for additive manufacturing with humidity compensation are provided. A first reservoir for activator, a second reservoir for binder, and a third reservoir for build material to be deposited within a build box by way of one or more deposit devices are provided. A controller receives data indicating ambient humidity level from a humidity sensor and commands a control device associated with the first reservoir to adjust an amount of activator removed from the first reservoir based on the ambient humidity level.
