In the first position, the lid extends across and opposite to the rim. In the second position, the lid is disposed offset from the receptacle to expose at least a portion of the rim.

Abstract: A beverage container assembly for dispensing a liquid is disclosed. The beverage container assembly comprises a container for containing the liquid and having a mouth, a top removably coupled to the container and extending across the mouth. The top comprises a pour spout, a strainer, and a plurality of air relief passages. The air relief passages are configured to allow air to flow into the container as the fluid is being poured out of the container through the strainer.

Abstract: A removable grip for a utensil is disclosed. The removable grip comprises an elongated body having a first end, a second end, a first sidewall, a second sidewall, a first channel, and a second channel spaced apart from the first channel. The first and second channels extend from the first end toward the second end. The first channel is defined by a projection extending from the first sidewall and is configured to engage a first edge of the handle. The second channel is defined by a projection extending from the second sidewall and is configured to engage a second edge of the handle.

Abstract: A handle is disclosed. The handle is for use with a utensil or tool such as a pan or other cookware. The handle comprises a core and may comprise a grip. The core comprises a base mounting portion coupled to the base and a grip portion including a first member and a second member spaced apart from the first member. Each of the first and second members include a vertical dimension greater than its horizontal dimensions. Bridge portions may extend between the first and second spaced apart members. The grip at least partially surrounds the grip mounting portion and may be overmolded to the core or slid on as a sleeve.
