Abstract: A retro-reflective device that includes at least one relatively rigid backing member with a receiving portion shaped like at least a portion of a cylinder of a substantially uniform diameter; and at least one retro-reflective element having a retro-reflecting surface facing outwardly and a rear surface facing inwardly. Preferably, the rear surface of the retro-reflecting element is attached to the receiving portion of at least one backing member. Further, the retro-reflecting surface of the at least one retro-reflective element is at least partially approximately cylinder-shaped.
