Abstract: Certain embodiments disclosed herein include a method and system for generating comparable visual maps for browsing activity analysis. A first visual map is generated respective of a web-page and a first set of parameters and a second visual map is generated respective of the web-page and a second set of parameters. In one embodiment, the second set of filter parameters is populated based on the first set of parameters and includes at least one filter parameter in difference. The second visual map is comparable to the first visual map, wherein the first and second visual map are rendered and displayed within a single display window.

Abstract: A system and method for optimizing content to be inserted into a web object. The method includes: receiving an identifier associated with the web object; determining a category of the web object; identifying focus rules respective of the determined category, wherein the focus rules indicate characteristics of the web object related to cognitive interest; analyzing, based in part on the focus rules, the web object; determining, based on the analysis, a content placement moment in the web object; and causing a placement of the content in the web object at the content placement moment.

Abstract: A method and system for providing an advertisement customized to displayed content. The method comprises receiving a request to display at least one advertisement to be displayed along with a web object embedded in a webpage; searching a creative database for a data entry matching the web object designated in the request; selecting, using ad-selection rules, at least one advertisement associated with the matching web object, wherein each of the at least one selected advertisement satisfies at least one of the ad-selection rules; determining a timing, a location, an appearance animation associated with each of the at least one selected advertisement, the timing and the location respectively define when and where each of the at least one selected advertisement is displayed with respect to the web object; and generating a response encapsulating each of at least one selected advertisement and the respective timing, location, and the appearance animation associated therewith.
