The nozzle cap for a fire hydrant can comprise a cap body, the cap body comprising an inner housing and an outer housing, the outer housing defining a cavity; a vibration sensor received within the cavity and configured to detect leaks in a fluid system connected to the fire hydrant; and a metal insert contacting the vibration sensor and the inner housing.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided that employ a client side browser application and server side website applications that use optimization, prefetching, and caching of user interactions. These are used in combination with mouseover callouts to provide browsable search result refinements and additional product information. The systems and methods can be applied to site search applications and site-wide navigation and can be integrated with web analytics solutions to optimize the user interface and information provided based on real time end user browsing trends.

Pillars within each of the series of layers are oriented to be parallel. Pillars in adjacent layers are aligned to be perpendicular. Each of the plurality of pillar metals is a rectangular segment of metal. The plurality of pillar metals form a reconvergent mesh grid. The series of layers includes a plurality of vias connecting the plurality of parallel pillar metals between the series of layers. Vias of the plurality of vias are located at intersections in the reconvergent mesh grid.
