  • Publication number: 20230092710
Abstract: A central tire inflation system configured to maintain an air pressure on a first and second tire mounted to a wheel of a vehicle including a wheel assembly configured to be operably coupled to the wheel and including (1) a housing in fluid communication with an external air supply, (2) two check valves carried by the housing and in fluid communication with the air supply, (3) two tire air connectors carried by the housing and in fluid communication with the two check valves, respectively, and configured to be operably coupled to the two tires, respectively. The first tire, second tire, and air supply in fluid communication when both the first check valve and the second check valve are in an open position but not in fluid communication when either the first check valve or the second check valve is in a closed position.

  • Patent number: 10749280
Abstract: The grounding clamp system is for use with an electrically insulated pole and for attachment to an electrical conductor in angled configurations. The grounding clamp system includes a clamping mechanism having an actuatable clamp and an associated ground conductor connector. An attachment coupler is configured to attach to the electrically insulated pole, and an angular adjustment mechanism is coupled between the clamping mechanism and the attachment coupler. The adjustment mechanism is configured to provide angular adjustment between the clamping mechanism and the attachment coupler in at least one axis while also transferring force to actuate the actuatable clamp when attaching the clamping mechanism to the electrical conductor at a selected angular position. The clamping mechanism is configured to create a path to pass ground fault current from the electrical conductor to a ground conductor coupled to the ground conductor connector without including the angular adjustment mechanism in the path.

Abstract: The grounding damp system is for use with an electrically insulated pole and for attachment to an electrical conductor in angled configurations. The grounding clamp system includes a damping mechanism having an actuatable damp and an associated ground conductor connector. An attachment coupler is configured to attach to the electrically insulated pole, and an angular adjustment mechanism is coupled between the clamping mechanism and the attachment coupler. The adjustment mechanism is configured to provide angular adjustment between the clamping mechanism and the attachment coupler in at least one axis while also transferring force to actuate the actuatable damp when attaching the clamping mechanism to the electrical conductor at a selected angular position. • Patent number: 8989956
Abstract: A system for real-time measurement of vehicle performance. The system can include at least one sensor module mounted on a rotating member of the vehicle and a central module disposed in the vehicle. The sensor module can include a plurality of sensors communicatively coupled to a microcontroller, at least one wireless communications device communicatively coupled to the microcontroller, and a power source. The central module can include a central processor, memory, a central wireless communications device communicatively coupled to the central processor and to the at least one wireless communications device of the sensor module. The rotating member of the vehicle can be a wheel, a brake rotor, or a torsion disc disposed between an axle of the vehicle and a wheel of the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20130099918
Abstract: An apparatus, system, and method for monitoring a child's vitals and transmitting these vitals, through wireless technology, to a portable alert device. The child monitoring device may include a wearable device, a base station, and a portable alert device. The wearable device may record, among other things, a child's pulse oximetry, and send data regarding these readings, via short range transmission, to a base station which may analyze these readings, and transmit data regarding the child's health, via long range transmission, to the portable alert device. This apparatus will enable a caregiver to monitor a child for sign of health problems, including sleep apnea and SIDS, and alert the caregiver at the onset of any such problems.
