  • Patent number: 12208864
Abstract: A retractable boat awning or “bimini cover” is provided. The present retractable boat awning may replace existing awnings on a boat or may be added to a boat which lacks an awning. The present retractable boat awning has a first folding locking bar and a second folding locking bar which are concealed within a slim securing container when the device is not in use. To use the awning, the first and the second locking bar are rotated outward from the interior of the securing container and secure a protective awning fabric cover. The awning may be fully assembled into the usable form or may be collapsed into the stored securing container in around a minute.

  • Publication number: 20250005271
Abstract: A system and method for creating customized insurance-related forms (e.g., agreements, policies, exceptions, and other insurance-related documents) using computing devices is disclosed. A user can quickly and conveniently create customized insurance-related forms, and can transmit same to one or more remote users and/or computing systems for further processing. The system provides rich tagged searching and editing features for allowing an insurance professional to rapidly create customized forms, and to access other forms while editing a given form. The system ingests and decomposes insurance-related forms into clauses, applies search tags to the clauses, and stores the clauses and the search tags in a database for rapid searching and retrieval of desired tags for use in creating customized forms.

  • Publication number: 20250004758
Abstract: Techniques are described for deploying software applications associated with document management. The techniques may include receiving a request, by a computing system and from a client device, to execute a software application for managing an electronic document, wherein the software application is configured to execute using at least a first widget and a second widget. The techniques may further include generating, based on the first widget comprising instructions to initiate an execution of the second widget, instructions for executing the software application at the client device, wherein the instructions are configured to cause the client device to generate contextual information for the first widget and wherein the second widget causes the client device to load the contextual information when executing the second widget.

  • Publication number: 20240384929
Abstract: A system and method for treating associated gas in which a stream of raw gas is passed through safety valving, an inlet pressure control mechanism, and an inlet scrubber. Pressure/temperature data is transmitted to a control system via pressure and temperature transducers. The raw gas is sent to a gas compressor to generate pressurized gas, which is sent to an aerial cooler and a chiller heat exchanger, in which a chilling media contacts the pressurized gas. The chilled pressurized gas is sent to a vapor liquid separator to generate processed gas, which is routed through either a system backpressure valve or a pressure reducing recycle valve that directs the processed gas to the inlet scrubber. The processed gas that has passed through the system backpressure valve is delivered as fuel or routed through a backpressure regulating recycle valve that directs the processed gas to a system inlet pressure reducing valve.

  • Publication number: 20240268415
Abstract: This disclosure describes methods for forming cell-based-meat products that mimic cuts of slaughtered meat. Generally, the disclosed method comprises forming a cell mass into primary structures, including fibers and/or sheets. A toughening agent is applied to the exterior surfaces of the primary structures, and the primary structures are arranged to mimic structures in a target slaughtered meat. The toughening agent creates a textural contrast that, during consumption, is like the textural contrast experienced when biting through bundles of meat fibers in slaughtered meat.

  • Patent number: 12030014
Abstract: A system and method for treating gas to fuel turbines by passing raw gas through an inlet pressure reducing valve to adjust the gas pressure and through a scrubber to capture liquids from the gas. Next, the gas is passed through a compressor to bring it to a pressure above that required by an inlet of a turbine and then to a post-compression aerial cooler that cools the gas to a temperature lower than a required dewpoint at fuel delivery pressure. Next, natural gas liquids are removed from the gas by passing it through a separator. A first portion of the cooled compressed gas is sent through a gas-to-gas heat exchanger, creating heated compressed gas, and a second portion of the cooled compressed gas passes through a backpressure valve. The heated compressed gas is blended with the second portion to create a fuel gas stream with a desired delivery temperature.
