Patent number: 11635267Abstract: An apparatus for loading cartridges into a firearms magazine includes a loader body comprising a retainer configured for holding a firearms magazine, and cooperating spring-loaded plungers coupled thereto. A first spring-loaded plunger coupled to the loader body is oriented for pushing one or more cartridges into the firearms magazine so as to depress a magazine spring thereof. A second plunger coupled to the loader body is oriented for inserting cartridges into the firearms magazine without further depressing the magazine spring while the first spring-loaded plunger is depressing the magazine spring. A mechanism automatically resets the first spring-loaded plunger after the second plunger completes insertion of each cartridge into the magazine. All of the foregoing moving parts may be manually or motor driven and fed with cartridges via a hopper.Type: GrantFiled: February 15, 2022Date of Patent: April 25, 2023Inventors: Neal B. Rosenblum, Mark Presser

Publication number: 20190142199Abstract: A multi-function organizer includes a holder coupled to a magnifying lens and base. The base defines a plane of stability. The holder is attached to the base and configured for supporting a wristwatch or smart watch while orienting the watch face generally perpendicular to the plane of stability, at a home location above the base. The magnifying lens is attached to the base at a location and positioned so that the lens magnifies the face when a watch is placed on the holder with its body at the home location. The holder may be configured for holding an inductive charger for a smart watch, so that when inserted into the holder, the charger is held adjacent to a rear surface the smart watch. The organizer may include a night light oriented to radiate light towards the home location, controlled by a sensor for detecting motion or touch.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 14, 2019Publication date: May 16, 2019Inventors: Neal Rosenblum, Mark Presser, Jonathan Jaech

Patent number: 10098653Abstract: A dermabrasion device includes an ergonomically contoured handle divided into at least two articulating sections separated by an annular cam ring, wherein each of the at least two articulating sections are coupled to one another and rotatable around a longitudinal axis of a longer one of the at least two articulating sections, whereby a distal end of the handle is displaced from the longitudinal axis. The device further includes an air pump disposed in at least one of the at least two articulating sections configured to draw air through the distal end of the handle, and a mount positioned at the distal end configured for mounting a dermabrasion tip around a channel leading to an inlet of the air pump.Type: GrantFiled: August 18, 2014Date of Patent: October 16, 2018Assignee: PRESSER DIRECT, LLCInventors: Mark Presser, Daniel S. C. Kwok

Publication number: 20170340356Abstract: A vented microdermabrasion tip includes a disk-shaped abrasive component coated or configured with a microdermabrasive surface and fixed to a tubular sleeve by a set of annular mounts. The sleeve surrounds an outer periphery of the abrasive component, so that a gap is provided between the abrasive component and an internal air passage through the sleeve. A distal surface of the abrasive component is continuous, free of holes and coated with an abrasive material or formed with an abrasive surface. The distal surface extends beyond the distal end of the sleeve. An end of the mount opposite to the abrasive component is configured for coupling to a channel of a suction apparatus leading to an inlet of an air pump.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 25, 2017Publication date: November 30, 2017Inventors: Mark Presser, Daniel S.C. Kwok

Patent number: 9027803Abstract: A friction reducing element for a hanging device includes a roller configured for positioning on an upper portion of a hook and a tubular elastomeric sleeve stretch-fitted over an outer surface of the roller. The roller is provided with a contoured outer surface and the sleeve is made from a thermoset elastomer such that the friction reducing element facilitates positioning of the hanging device, along a clothing rod. Use of the thermoset elastomer also prevents premature development of areas of deformation on the friction reducing element over time. The friction reducing element may be assembled into an upper portion of a hook for a clothes hanger, or other similar hanging device.Type: GrantFiled: November 9, 2011Date of Patent: May 12, 2015Assignee: Presser International, LLCInventor: Mark A. Presser

Publication number: 20140263799Abstract: A retractor mechanism for a pet collar. The mechanism includes a case with a cavity, a spool assembly with a spool plate, a line wound on the spool assembly with a free end exiting the case that is attached to a leash handle, a power spring that biases the spool assembly to a wound state, and a centrifugal/inertial brake having with a lock member with a heavier distal end a lighter proximal end, and lock member spring. The lock member pivots on the spool plate. When the spool assembly is spun above a threshold rotations speed, a centripetal force acting on the distal end of the lock member exceeds a spring force of the lock member spring acting on the proximal end of the lock member, thereby pivoting the lock member into contact with a catch in the cavity of the case to prevent the spool assembly from rotating further.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 13, 2014Publication date: September 18, 2014Inventors: David Francis Baerwald, Mark A. Presser, Neal B. Rosenblum

Patent number: 8455843Abstract: An ultraviolet ionizing unit for an air purifying that treats all air passing therethrough. The unit has a housing with an air ingress opening at first end, an air egress opening at a second end, an open end, at least two spaced apart internal retainers formed inside the housing, and a cavity formed in a space between the two spaced apart internal retainers. Two sections of ion generating material are retained in a spaced apart manner by the two spaced apart internal retainers. Spacers are used to hold a U-shaped UV lamp in the cavity, provide cushioning of the UV lamp therein, and providing additional sealing so that all air passing through the ionizing unit will be treated. A housing end cap covers the open end of the housing and retains the UV lamps therein so that the ion generating materials is fully exposed by UV light.Type: GrantFiled: October 5, 2012Date of Patent: June 4, 2013Assignee: Presser Direct LLCInventors: Mark Presser, Ira Smolens
