  • Patent number: 9578819
Abstract: A Growing apparatus for cleansing air and watering plant, wherein the apparatus includes a modular panel constructed for either vertical or horizontal planting systems, including connecting couplers and end caps for directing water flow from upper to lower channels. Panel consist of 5 channels per section with opposing conical top and bottom set at 45 degree angles (FIG. 9-23) for both channeling water and accepting irrigation nozzle. System can also use a horizontal channel system while the orientation is different but function is the same. Panels stack nesting consecutively on top of each other to make larger systems.

  • Patent number: 7634872
Abstract: The growth container is formed of two pots that interfit within each other to define an enclosed space. A heater disposed in the space supplies heat via a reservoir of water for heating the inner pot and the soil in the inner pot to keep the roots of an aquatic plant embedded within the soil warm. A thermostat(s) is provided for maintaining the temperature of the soil at a predetermined temperature.

  • Patent number: 6786002
Abstract: The floatable planter is employed in a body of water, such as a fish pond, in order to prevent the growth of algae. The planter employs an aquatic pot for receiving a plant, a peat pot having a planting medium for receiving the aquatic pot, a floatation ring about the aquatic pot, a mass of decomposable material selected from the group consisting of barley straw and lavender, and a mesh bag that envelopes the pots, floatation ring and decomposable material. As the decomposable material decomposes, hydrogen peroxide is produced in order to act as an algaecide in the body of water. The floatation ring ensures the proper floatation of the straw or lavender in the water.
