Abstract: The disclosure is based, at least in part, on certain human monoclonal antibodies, or antigen binding fragments thereof, having unexpected broad neutralizing activities against SARS-CoV-2. The disclosed antibodies and/or antigen-binding fragments thereof are therapeutic agents for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infections and are suitable for use in therapeutic methods to protect individuals from SARS-CoV-2 infections.
