Abstract: The present invention provides a brightly illuminated, at least partially translucent, novelty license plate and holder for attachment on to a motor vehicle, wherein the plate is quickly interchangeable to suit an individual's aesthetic needs. Moreover, the device is adapted to enhance visibility at night, provides a means of advertising for companies and is wired into the headlight system of a motor vehicle.
