Patent number: 11454391Abstract: A burn box includes a font, a rear, a first and a second side, a lower, and an upper interior surface, as well as a first push member, a first coupler, and a first torque member. The first push member includes a first end, a second end, and a first coupler portion. The first coupler pivotally couples the first coupler portion to the first interior surface. The second end is vertically intermediate the first end and the lower interior surface. The first torque member provides a first torque to the first push member. When the first torque is provided to the first push member, the first push member rotates about a first rotational axis. The first rotational axis is through the first coupler portion of the first push member. The first rotational axis is parallel to the longitudinal axis. The second end rotates toward the second side interior surface.Type: GrantFiled: January 14, 2019Date of Patent: September 27, 2022Assignee: Central Boiler, Inc.Inventors: Mark Reese, Dennis Brazier

Patent number: 10399618Abstract: A mower includes a pair of track assemblies positioned on either side of a chassis. The track assemblies include drive wheels coupled to axles driven by an engine. A rocker rigidly mounts to the chassis independently of the engagement of the drive wheel with the axle. The rocker rotatably mounts to a mounting flange fastened to the chassis and includes a plurality of axles to which bogie wheels are mounted. The rocker is vertically below the axle and may be longitudinally centered on the axle or may be asymmetric with respect to the axle. All weight transferred is transferred to a track surrounding the drive wheel and bogie wheels through the rocker assembly engaging the chassis and no weight is transferred to the axle. A suspension may mount the track assembly to the chassis and the track may be long enough to replace front and back wheels.Type: GrantFiled: January 25, 2017Date of Patent: September 3, 2019Assignee: ALTOZ, INC.Inventors: Dennis Brazier, Mark Reese

Patent number: 10371413Abstract: A boiler that includes a housing is disclosed. The housing houses a combustion chamber, a heat exchanger system, a heat flow path, an isolating member, and a movable access panel. The heat flow path thermally couples the combustion chamber and the heat exchanger system. The isolating member at least partially separates the combustion chamber from the heat exchanger system. A fluid jacket is operable to thermally couple fluid disposable within the fluid jacket about a fluid side area of heat exchangers of the heat exchanger system. The movable access panel is positioned about or coupled to an exterior wall of the housing. When the movable access panel is moved to an open position, a user is provided access to a gas side area of the heat exchangers for servicing or cleaning of the heat exchangers from an exterior environment of the boiler.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 2018Date of Patent: August 6, 2019Assignee: CENTRAL BOILER, INC.Inventors: Dennis Brazier, Mark Reese

Patent number: 9791035Abstract: A suspension assembly for a motorized vehicle includes a rotatable drive-unit driveshaft extending outwardly from an aperture of a drive unit. A first portion of a dropcase is pivotally coupled to the drive unit. A first end portion of a dropcase driveshaft is coupled to the drive-unit driveshaft such that rotation of the drive-unit driveshaft causes a corresponding rotation of the dropcase driveshaft. A second end portion of the dropcase driveshaft extends outwardly from a second portion of the dropcase and is suitable for coupling to a wheel hub. A pivotal-coupling assembly pivotally couples the dropcase to the drive unit. The pivotal-coupling assembly provides a pivot axis between the dropcase and the drive unit along a longitudinal length of the drive-unit driveshaft.Type: GrantFiled: July 31, 2014Date of Patent: October 17, 2017Assignee: Altoz, Inc.Inventors: Dennis Brazier, Mark Reese
