Patent number: 12372638Abstract: A radar authentication method includes after obtaining output data of a to-be-authenticated radar, a computer device that first invokes a prediction model to obtain predicted data of the to-be-authenticated radar based on the output data of the to-be-authenticated radar, where the prediction model is obtained through training based on output data of a target radar. Then the computer device verifies, based on the predicted data of the to-be-authenticated radar and the output data of the to-be-authenticated radar, whether the to-be-authenticated radar and the target radar are the same radar.Type: GrantFiled: July 25, 2022Date of Patent: July 29, 2025Assignee: SHENZHEN YINWANG INTELLIGENT TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.Inventors: Mark Ryan, Flavio Garcia, Steven Yin Zhong, Zhuo Wei

Patent number: 12374071Abstract: An eye tracking system is provided that detects the presence of problematic blobs in an image captured by the system and removes these problematic blobs by switching off illuminators. Problematic blobs may be those obscuring the pupil of the eye of the user. Each blob is detected in a first image by the use of at least one first criterion, and then an illuminator is switched off. After the illuminator is switched off, at least one second criterion is used to identify blobs in a subsequent image. This process may be repeated until the illuminator causing the problematic blob is identified.Type: GrantFiled: August 27, 2021Date of Patent: July 29, 2025Assignee: Tobii ABInventors: Viktor Wase, Erik Ljungzell, Mark Ryan, Chiara Giordano, Rickard Lundahl, Pravin Kumar Rana

Patent number: 12015618Abstract: A computer-implemented method of and a system for securely establishing control of a resource in a distributed ledger is disclosed. The distributed ledger comprises a first shard instantiated on one or more first processor(s) of a first system. The first shard is configured to respond to an instruction originating from a first party. The distributed ledger further comprises a second shard instantiated on one or more second processor(s) and configured to respond to an instruction originating from a second party. The method comprises creating, by means of the publishing of a record by the first system, the resource, wherein the publishing of the record occurs in response to an instruction originating from the first party, wherein the publishing of the record is to the first shard of the ledger, and wherein the publishing of the record establishes that control of the resource resides with the second party.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2022Date of Patent: June 18, 2024Assignee: SW7 VENTURES (H.K.) Patent number: 11681366Abstract: Images of an eye are captured by a camera. For each of the images, gaze data is obtained and a position of a pupil center is estimated in the image. The gaze data indicates a gaze point and/or gaze direction of the eye when the image was captured. A mapping is calibrated using the obtained gaze data and the estimated positions of the pupil center. The mapping maps positions of the pupil center in images captured by the camera to gaze points at a surface, or to gaze directions. A further image of the eye is captured by the camera. A position of the pupil center is estimated in the further image. Gaze tracking is performed using the calibrated mapping and the estimated position of the pupil center in the further image. These steps may for example be performed at a HMD.Type: GrantFiled: January 13, 2022Date of Patent: June 20, 2023Assignee: Tobii ABInventors: Tiesheng Wang, Gilfredo Remon Salazar, Yimu Wang, Pravin Kumar Rana, Johannes Kron, Mark Ryan, Torbjörn Sundberg
