  • Publication number: 20180155086
Abstract: A method of manufacturing an SOS bag of indefinite length is disclosed including, as a preliminary step, providing a gusseted tube of indefinite length. In a series of steps, the gusseted tube may be cut, folded, and sealed to create a unique bottom for an SOS bag. The bottom of the tube includes a center flap flanked by two bottom flaps, where the center flap may be heat sealed onto a bottom flap. The disclosure additionally includes bags manufactured by the method disclosed herein, as well as SOS bags having the unique construction disclosed herein.

  • Patent number: 7500154
Abstract: A method and system are provided for generating a console log of a device (e.g., a router). During the powering on of the device, certain information may have to be written to the console log. If the information to be written is critical, the console log is generated. In case the information is non-critical, the system checks whether a console device is connected to the device. If a console device is connected to the device, the information is written to the console log. Otherwise, if there is no console device connected to the device, the information is not written to the console log.

  • Patent number: 6799234
Abstract: A system and method for automatically assigning resources to a slave device inserted into a PCI backplane utilizes pairs of PCI GNT/REQ lines as bus lines of a time division multiplexed multiplexer control bus. The slave device generates a random delay number and utilizes the number to select an unassigned time slot to be assigned to the slave device. Configuration data is transferred to the slave utilizing the already existing PCI GNT/REQ lines so that no additional bus lines and card space are required to automatically assign resources to the slave device.

  • Patent number: 6635681
Abstract: A process is disclosed for preparing a finished fuel product from a stabilized product mixture, which is produced from the effluent of a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process. In the process, a Fischer-Tropsch synthesis process is conducted at a site which is remote from the market site where the products from the process are ultimately marketed. The Fischer-Tropsch effluent product is hydroprocessed, and the hydroprocessed effluent separated to remove a C4− fraction and to yield a stabilized product mixture which can be exported to the market site. At the market site, the stabilized product mixture is fractionated into at least one finished fuel product. A heavy fraction may also be recovered at the market site for separation into at least one lubricating oil base stock and then conversion at hydroisomerization conditions to form a lubricating base oil.
