The uphole end is configured to be coupled to a workstring and further defines the passage extending uphole to a topside facility. The downhole end includes an outlet of the passage. The downhole end includes an emitter configured to emit the electromagnetic wave. A reamer extends from the body. The reamer is configured to scrape slag, produced by electromagnetic wave drilling, from a wall of a wellbore.
