    Abstract: A data-driven training and coaching (DDTC) method, platform, and system includes collecting data from teams at a company, including from any Agile tools being used. The DDTC system imports and converts the data to a common format, reports on the progress of the teams, uses an artificial intelligence processor to determine how the team is performing, and then sends targeted training and coaching tips to members of the team. The DDTC system also detects problems as they occur and sends alerts to members recommending specific actions. The DDTC system is adaptable to or implemented with other disciplines as well.
