Abstract: A beverage container and cap assembly for selectively dispensing a first beverage or a powder into a second beverage, including: a beverage container and a cap assembly, wherein the cap assembly includes: a base member; a reservoir member; wherein the reservoir member includes a piercing member disposed therein having a first end that is coupled to a deformable first surface of the reservoir member and a second piercing end that is disposed adjacent to an opposed pierceable second surface of the reservoir member; and a cap structure disposed partially within the base member that is configured to be selectively depressed, thereby contacting the first end of the piercing member and biasing the second piercing end of the piercing member through the opposed pierceable second surface of the reservoir member, thereby allowing the first beverage or the powder to flow from the reservoir member into the beverage container.

Each of the adjustment mechanisms includes a slot defining detent positions disposed along an edge of one panel and a mating peg structure disposed along an opposed edge of an adjacent panel, wherein the peg structure is configured to be translated between the detent positions defined by the slot.

Abstract: A novel pest repellant and pesticide composition for use in repelling, and in some cases exterminating, reptiles, rodents, insects (including bed bugs), and other unwanted pests. Advantageously, this pest repellant and pesticide composition is safe, effective, economical to produce, and environmentally-friendly. The novel pest repellant and pesticide composition includes: between about 0.5% and 5.0% by weight cinnamon oil; between about 0.1% and 2.0% by weight sodium lauryl sulfate; between about 0.1% and 2.0% by weight citric acid; and between about 90.0% and 98.0% by weight inert ingredients. Optionally, the novel pest repellant and pesticide composition also includes between about 1.0% and 5.0% by weight garlic oil. Optionally, the inert ingredients include one or more of water and diatomaceous earth.

The medallion includes recognized medical alert symbology and directions for locating a source of personal and medical information prominently displayed on a top face. The personal medical information is recorded on a medical information card that can be located in an individual's wallet or pocketbook.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to a novel pest repellant composition for use in repelling reptiles, rodents, birds, insects, and other unwanted pests. Advantageously, this pest repellant composition is safe, effective, economical to produce, and environmentally-friendly. It is used via spreading in an area of interest, for example. The novel pest repellant composition of the present invention generally includes between approximately 97-99% by weight of water, approximately 0.5-1.0% by weight of garlic juice or oil, approximately 0.5-1.0% by weight of neem oil, approximately 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of pepper wax or capsaicin, and approximately 0.1 to 0.2% by weight of a breaker (such as organo-polysiloxane, for example).
