  • Patent number: 11972680
Abstract: Table top sanitizer dispenser bottle bases are disclosed herein. An exemplary table top sanitizer dispenser bottle base includes a movable upper housing, the upper moveable housing has a floor with an aperture located therein and a peripheral wall. The top sanitizer dispenser bottle includes a lower stationary housing. The upper movable housing is connected to the lower stationary housing and is configured to move linearly upward and downward with respect to lower stationary. One or more biasing members bias the upper movable housing upward. A switch is included and the upper movable housing has an engagement member or surface for actuating the switch upon downward movement of the upper movable housing. At least one of a visual indicator and an audible indicator are also included. Control circuitry is provided for activating the one or more of a visual indicator and audible indicator when the engagement member actuates the switch.

  • Publication number: 20220125238
Abstract: Solutions for leveling the surface of cookware are disclosed. In one embodiment, at least one detachable adjustable leg makes contact with the stove surface to tilt the cooking surface to make it level. The pressure on the stove surface can be increased or decreased, thereby increasing the tilt until the cooking surface is level. In another embodiment, at least one detachable adjustable leg is weighted at one end and the weighted end extends outward to make the cooking surface level. In yet another embodiment, the cookware comes with at least one adjustable leg permanently attached. In all cases, multiple adjustable legs can be used to increase the stability and accuracy. In another embodiment, adjustable legs protrude from the top or bottom surface of a grate that typically covers a flame on gas stove surface.

  • Publication number: 20160115487
Abstract: The present disclosure provides methods for incorporating at least one non-natural amino acid into a polypeptide using a cell-free protein synthesis which includes a cell-free extract and is deficient in endogenous tRNA. The methods include providing the synthesis system with at least one non-natural amino acid, at least one orthogonal tRNA and one orthogonal aminoacyl-tRNA synthetase which aminoacylates the corresponding orthogonal tRNA with the non-natural amino acid. The methods may also include removing the endogenous tRNA in the cell-free protein synthesis system by treating the synthesis system with a ribonuclease to degrade the endogenous tRNA and providing the synthesis system with a minimal set of tRNAs for one or more natural amino acids and the corresponding amino-acyl tRNA synthetases, such that the lack of some tRNA will enable unique codons to encode for non-natural amino acid incorporation with no or a minimal amount of completion from the tRNA present.

  • Patent number: 8636199
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide a system and method for matching a media manipulation with a media manipulation template. First, a media manipulation input is received. Next, the media manipulation input is compared with at least one stored media manipulation template. Then, the media manipulation input is modified to emulate at least one of the stored media manipulation templates when the media manipulation input is approximately equal to the at least one stored media manipulation template.

  • Patent number: 7367076
Abstract: A carpet cleaning machine for uniformly spreading a dry carpet cleaning powder onto a surface and working the dry carpet cleaning powder into the surface. The cleaning machine includes base having a hopper integrally formed therein, distribution slots on the bottom of the hopper, a rotary powder agitator inside the hopper, wheels for supporting the base over a floor surface and for rotating the powder agitator, a metering gate for controlling the dispensing of the dry carpet cleaning powder, a trigger located on the cleaner handle for controlling the metering gate, and a plurality of motor driven vertical axis rotary brushes for working the dry carpet cleaning powder into the carpet. The dry carpet cleaning powder is dispensed onto the carpet and allowed to sit for a short period of time to allow the dry carpet cleaning powder to absorb the dirt contained in the carpet.

  • Patent number: 7299256
Abstract: A web navigation system includes a virtual link creator that creates an electronic file that contains positional data of a physical location and a web address of a web page associated with the physical location. A virtual link server system receives the electronic file. The server system can transmit the electronic file to any remote receiver system that is near the physical location via a communication network. A receiver system, capable of communicating with the server system and accessing external Internet, receives the electronic file from the server system when the receiver system is near the physical location such that the web address of the web page is virtually posted at the physical location without employing a physical object to host the web address at the physical location. A system for creating such a virtual link is also described. Also described is a system for virtually posting a web address of a web page associated with a physical location.

  • Patent number: 7231441
Abstract: A system for providing information about physical entities to users includes an information server accessible to a plurality of user-held receivers. An exemplary server has access to characteristic accessibility data for candidate physical entities. The server receives a user's request for information about physical entities of interest (which may be mobile), including the user's search domain relative to the user's location (the user may also be mobile). The search domain does not necessarily require the user to provide a network address of, or perform a keyword search for the networked data pages of, the physical entities of interest. The server determines which (if any) of said candidate physical entities satisfy the request, and reports to the user at the receiver over an electronic network.
