The protective case may be disposed on the top end of the bag. The first enclosure may be partially or fully disposed within the bag, and the second enclosure may be hingedly connected to the first enclosure and rotatable between an open position and a closed position. Portions of the protective case may include support ribs to provide rigidity to the structure without adding substantial amounts of weight to the bag.
