  • Publication number: 20250026248
Abstract: A seat may have a seat longitudinal adjustment device having two rail pairs. The rail pairs may each have a lower rail and an upper rail. A contacting device is provided at least for electrically connecting a drive unit and a number of seat components to at least one control unit and to an electrical power supply unit. The contacting device may have at least one plug having a number of contact pins and/or contact elements, and a socket having a number of corresponding mating contact elements. When the plug is inserted into the socket, at least the electrical connection is established between the electrical power supply unit and the at least one control unit and the drive unit for the seat longitudinal adjustment device and the seat components. The contacting device may have at least one positioning element and/or one short-circuit element.

  • Publication number: 20250018834
Abstract: A vehicle seat for variable installation in different installation positions in a vehicle interior of a vehicle is provided. The vehicle seat may have an electronic seat control unit which is designed, following or during installation of the vehicle seat in one of the installation positions in the vehicle, to determine at least the assumed installation position of the vehicle seat via a resistance measurement and/or a contactless measurement by means of an RFID sensor or an NFC sensor. A vehicle having at least one vehicle seat, which can be installed variably in different installation positions in the vehicle interior, and to a method for identifying an installation position of a vehicle seat in a vehicle, are also provided.

  • Publication number: 20250018838
Abstract: A cable cassette for a seat longitudinal adjustment apparatus may have at least a housing and two rotatably mounted deflecting rollers. One of the deflecting rollers may be held such that it is guided for longitudinal movement in the housing relative to the other, stationary deflecting roller. A first free end of the connecting cable of the cable bundle is held in a fixed position via a first cassette outlet and the connecting cable or the cable bundle is guided and deflected around the movable deflecting roller and led from the movable deflecting roller to the other, stationary deflecting roller and is deflected around said stationary deflecting roller. A second free end of the connecting cable or of the cable bundle is movably mounted. A seat longitudinal adjustment apparatus may have the cable cassette.

  • Publication number: 20240190317
Abstract: A plug-in unit for a plug-in connector, the plug-in unit may have a housing, a plug with a number of plug-in contacts, a triggering unit and a drive unit. The triggering unit unblocking or releasing the drive unit upon triggering, with the result that the plug, driven by the drive unit, is movable relative to the housing from a rest position into a plug-in position. The plug-in connector may be used with a seat arrangement and a vehicle.
