Abstract: A weighted sleeve includes an inner portion to be disposed on a limb along a first direction and having first and second sides, an outer portion having first and second sides corresponding to the first and second sides of the inner portion, respectively, at least two pockets disposed on the outer portion extending along the first direction in between the first and second sides, at least one fastening part to fasten the first and second sides together around the limb, and a weight member having a plurality of beads and a lining to contain the beads, the weight member being slidably insertable and removable from the at least two pockets.

Abstract: A sleeve holding apparatus includes a main portion having a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, first and second VELCRO or magnetic coupling portions disposed at the first and second ends of the main portion, respectively, and at least one weather and water-resistant pocket disposed on the main portion between the first and second ends.
