Each of the rectangular shaped members has two elongated edges and two shorter edges with apertures formed therethrough near one of the elongated edges for receiving fastening means for attaching the rectangular shaped members to the side wall of the wheel well or to the frame on each of the sides of the pickup truck for covering the gap.
