Abstract: A key storage and organization unit includes a lockbox and a set of key file cards for retaining and storing keys in an organized manner. The lockbox includes a base and a cover that are secured by two closure latching members. When the two closure latching members are applied to the base and cover, a single locking mechanism can be applied to secure the lockbox. The lockbox is designed to receive multiple locking mechanisms, each capable of securing access to the lockbox.

Abstract: A lock for securing to a selected base object by a user is disclosed. The lock includes a housing, a time display device secured to the housing, a locking mechanism attached to the housing, and a shackle having a first portion disposed within the housing and a second portion disposed between an open position and a closed position. When disengaged from the locking mechanism, the shackle is movable between the closed position and the open position by user manipulation of the locking mechanism. The locking mechanism can be a various styles, such as for example, a padlock or a dial combination. The shackle can be of various structures, shapes and styles. The time display device may include a rotatable face plate. The lock may include illumination means, such as for example, a user operated flashlight.

Abstract: This invention discloses an operation interface configured to couple to an exercise apparatus for controlling workout parameters of the exercise apparatus, the exercise apparatus comprising a central processing unit and an exercise unit, the central processing unit receiving a controlling signal from the operation interface for controlling the workout parameters of the exercise apparatus, the operation interface comprising: a plurality of grouped selection keys coupled to the central processing unit, each of the grouped selection keys respectively associated with a predetermined workout parameter; and a confirmation key outputting the controlling signal to the central processing unit upon being pressed; wherein the confirmation key is surrounded by the grouped selection keys, the exercise apparatus being adjusted to correspond to the predetermined workout parameter via the controlling signal while one of the grouped selection keys and the confirmation key are both pressed by a user.

Abstract: A lock box that includes a body for storing keys, a lid, and a latching mechanism. The lid is arranged for selectively covering the opening. The body and the lid include securing apertures that are cooperatively positioned when the lid covers the opening. The body and lid also include cutouts that are aligned when the lid covers the opening. The latching mechanism is slideably coupled to the lid and includes a cantilever spring and a tab. The tab passes through the cutouts in the body and lid when the lid covers the opening and the latching mechanism is in a latched position. The cantilever spring is partially located in an aperture in the lid. The position of the cantilever spring is determined by whether the latching mechanism is latched or unlatched. The lock box when secured can require the cooperation of multiple users to open.

Abstract: An integrated pin and clip for securing vehicle trailer components. The integrated pin and clip includes a shaft member and a clip member. The clip member is movable between a locked and an unlocked position. The unlocked position allows for the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from a receiving aperture in a vehicle trailer component, such as a receiver. The locked position does not allow the integrated pin and clip to be inserted and withdrawn from the aperture. The integrated pin and clip also includes retention means that secures the clip in either the locked position or the unlocked position.

Abstract: A hitch assembly that includes an anti-rotation mechanism. The hitch assembly generally includes a hitch ball, a ball mount, and a fastener. The invention is directed to a mechanism for preventing rotation of either the hitch ball or the fastener relative to the ball mount. The anti-rotation mechanism of the present invention provides an engagement means for interlocking sections of the hitch ball or fastener with the ball mount, thereby blocking rotation of the hitch ball or fastener relative to the ball mount.
