  • Publication number: 20230051482
Abstract: A battery rotation system for rechargeable batteries. The system includes a plurality of battery monitors each configured to mount to a rechargeable battery, each connected to the terminals of the battery, and each including a current sensor, a voltage sensor, and a temperature sensor. The system further includes a server in wireless communication with the battery monitors to receive battery status information from the monitors. When a battery is connect to a battery charger, the battery monitor determines when the battery is ready for use. The server maintains queue information of available batteries and sends that information to a remote user device. The server also can schedule battery replacements and schedule charging times based on peak hours.

  • Publication number: 20200163298
Abstract: The specification discloses a hydroponic nutrient aeration and flow control (NAFC) device and system, which both aerates and controls the flow of the hydroponic nutrient solution. The NAFC device has no moving parts. Each NAFC device mixes and aerates the nutrient from the nutrient reservoir with air and/or nutrient from one of the grow tanks. Each NAFC device additionally controls the flow of the aerated nutrient solution to the grow tank and the nutrient reservoir. The vertical position of the end of the nutrient return line in each grow tank may be adjusted to adjust the level of the nutrient solution within the grow tank.

  • Patent number: 10473246
Abstract: The specification discloses a marine fluid connection system including a fitting and a connector. The fitting is cylindrical and includes a radially extending flange. The connector includes a cylindrical body, a plurality of levers on the body, and a locking ring on the body. The levers are movable between a latched position, in which the levers are closed on the flange to lock the connector on the fitting, and an unlatched position, in which the levers are open so that the connector may be removed from the fitting. The locking ring is axially movable with respect to the body to move the latches between their latched and unlatched positions.

  • Publication number: 20110128154
Abstract: A battery electrolyte monitor including a probe and a control circuit. The control circuit includes a capacitive element within the probe. The probe is acid resistant, and therefore the probe protects the capacitive element from contact with the battery electrolyte. The control circuit periodically charges and discharges the capacitive element using direct current. Depending on at least one of a charging characteristic and a discharging characteristic, the control circuit determines the electrolyte level. If the electrolyte is below a desired minimum level, the control circuit illuminates an indicator light.
