    Abstract: A method for distributing time-based media files includes executing an agreement with a subscriber that relates to a plurality of time-based media files. The method also includes communicating to the subscriber an identifier for transmission to a plurality of display devices. The identifier identifies a location of at least a portion of the time-based media files associated with the agreement. The method also includes receiving a media request from one of a plurality of display devices that receive the identifier from the subscriber. The media request includes the bin identifier. The method also includes, in response to receiving the media request, transmitting a plurality of media files associated with the agreement to the display device that transmitted the media request.
