  • Patent number: 11215218
Abstract: A cable accumulator for a plurality of input cables and at least one output cable includes a bracket and a carrier member slidably coupled with the bracket. The carrier member includes a frame having a first end and a second end. The second end of the frame is coupled to the at least one output cable. A plurality of connecting members are slidably coupled with a pin member. The plurality of connecting members slide relative to the pin member independently of each other. Actuation of any one of the input cables causes the respective connecting member to pull the pin member to slide the carrier member relative to the bracket and to actuate the at least one output cable. Further, the respective connecting members coupled to non-actuated input cables slide relative to the pin member in response to actuation of any one of the plurality of input cables.

  • Publication number: 20210166593
Abstract: A signage system (10) including one or more visual display devices (11), each mounted for display behind the windshield (15) of one or more parked and ignition-off vehicles (16). Each sign (11) has a visual display surface (12) that is capable of forming an illuminated graphic display (13) on the visual display surface (12). The visual display surface (12) would be visible to observers in front of the vehicle (16). The system (10) includes wireless communication hardware (60) that allows the visual display (11) to be programmed by a remote programming device (41). Each of the display devices (11) can be programmed to have a separate message and each message would scroll from left to right across the display surface (12) in a time coordinated manner so that the message appears to scroll consistently from left to right across the visual field of the plurality of display surfaces (12).

  • Patent number: 10834870
Abstract: A riding lawn care vehicle includes a frame to which at least a first and second drive wheels are attachable. The vehicle further includes a brake assembly operably coupled to the first and second drive wheels to enable brakes to be selectively applied to the first and second drive wheels. The riding lawn care vehicle also includes a steering assembly with first and second steering levers. First and second steering levers are operably coupled to first and second drive wheels respectively to facilitate turning of the riding lawn care vehicle based on drive speed control of the first and second drive wheels responsive to positioning of first and second steering levers. First and second steering levers are also operably coupled to the brake assembly to activate the brake assembly in response to one of the first or second steering levers being rotated about a vertical axis of the respective lever.

  • Patent number: 10807139
Abstract: A draw pad reduces instances and the extent of earing when a blank of metal is clamped and punched during a drawing process that results in the formation a cup-shaped body from the blank. A draw pad for a cupping press includes an inner surface that defines a draw aperture that is configured to receive a punch. The draw pad also includes a clamping surface that has a first force concentrating segment disposed circumferentially spaced apart from a second force concentrating segment, where each force concentrating segment includes a first arcuate groove and a second arcuate groove that is disposed concentric and radially spaced apart from the first arcuate groove.

  • Publication number: 20200289898
Abstract: An improved bolt hanger defines a hanger that exerts an outward force on the bolt that secures the hanger to a rock wall, urging the bolt outwardly under tension, and thereby helping to prevent the bolt from coming loose over time. The improved bolt hanger has a concave shape formed into it centered around the bolt hole. As the bolt is tightened into the bore in the rock, the head of the bolt (and/or an underlying washer) causes the concave portion to compress. This compression causes the concave portion of the hanger to exert an outward force on the bolt, which makes loosening the bolt more difficult. Furthermore, the hanger according to the present invention has a complex geometry on the rock-contacting surface that aids in the prevention of rotation of the hanger when under load. The bolt hanger may be used with a modified bolt adapted for use with the improved hanger.

  • Patent number: 10754260
Abstract: The generation of flexible sparse metrology sample plans includes receiving a full set of metrology signals from one or more wafers from a metrology tool, determining a set of wafer properties based on the full set of metrology signals and calculating a wafer property metric associated with the set of wafer properties, calculating one or more independent characterization metrics based on the full set of metrology signals, and generating a flexible sparse sample plan based on the set of wafer properties, the wafer property metric, and the one or more independent characterization metrics. The one or more independent characterization metrics of the one or more properties calculated with metrology signals from the flexible sparse sampling plan is within a selected threshold from one or more independent characterization metrics of the one or more properties calculated with the full set of metrology signals.

  • Publication number: 20200254322
Abstract: A grappling dummy having a generally human shape includes a trunk with a head, arms, and legs extending from the trunk. The legs can be connected together by a connecting leg segment forming a leg enclosure. The grappling dummy also includes padding disposed about the trunk, the head, the arms, and the legs. The trunk defines a midline, and the head can extend longitudinally from the trunk angled in a forward direction from the midline at about forty-five degrees. Each of the arms can extend from the trunk at about forty-five degrees. Each of the arms can lie in a generally transverse plane with respect to the midline. Each of the legs can extend from the trunk at about forty-five degrees. Each of the legs can lie in a second plane angled in a forward direction from the midline of the trunk at about forty-five degrees.

  • Patent number: 10685165
Abstract: Metrology methods are provided, which comprise identifying overlay critical patterns in a device design, the overlay critical patterns having an overlay sensitivity to process variation above a specified threshold that depends on design specifications; and using metrology targets that correspond to the identified overlay critical patterns. Alternatively or complementarily, metrology methods comprise identifying yield critical patterns according to a corresponding process window narrowing due to specified process variation, wherein the narrowing is defined by a dependency of edge placement errors (EPEs) of the patterns on process parameters. Corresponding targets and measurements are provided.
