Publication number: 20260050715Abstract: A computing system obtains multiple factors for a first environment in a first experiment. The multiple factors include one or more profile factors and one or more subject factors. Each profile factor of the one or more profile factors specifies multiple candidate features for the first environment. Each subject factor of the one or more subject factors specifies multiple candidate levels categorizing different subjects interacting with the first environment. The computing system obtains a predictive model for predicting probabilities of multiple candidate outcomes for the first environment. The predictive model has weighted model terms. The computing system receives a selection of a first level for a first subject factor of the one or more subject factors. The computing system generates a computer-generated representation of a fixed-factor model. The fixed-factor model predicts multiple candidate outcomes for a second environment with subjects defined by the selection of the first level.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 4, 2024Publication date: February 19, 2026Inventors: William Smith Fisher, Jacob Davis Rhyne, Mark Wallace Bailey, Joseph Albert Morgan, Ryan Adam Lekivetz

Patent number: 12475270Abstract: A computing device receives user input for a design of an experiment. The user input indicates respective factor identities for factors in the design of the experiment, respective response identities for responses to options for the factors in the design, and a user-defined objective for the one or more responses. Additionally, based on the user input, the computing device displays a subset of a set of multiple model types and a user-definable amount of design runs for the design. Each design run presents settings according to the design for each of the factors. The computing device also receives settings indicating a user-selected model type from the subset and a user-defined amount of design runs, and based on the settings, selects one or more design construction criteria for generating the design. The computing device then generates the design according to the design construction criteria.Type: GrantFiled: November 8, 2022Date of Patent: November 18, 2025Assignee: JMP STATISTICAL DISCOVERY LLCInventors: Bradley Allen Jones, Joseph Albert Morgan, Mark Wallace Bailey, Jacob Davis Rhyne, Ryan Adam Lekivetz, Caleb Bridges King
