The accessory device may also be attached to the wall and may include a plate having an underside surface shaped to generally match the top edge of the dispenser and a portion of a left side edge and a portion of a right side edge of the dispended so that when the dispenser is mounted to the wall and in a closed position and the rear surface of the plate is generally parallel to and coupled to the wall, the dispenser is able to be opened and closed while tampering to the top edge and portions of the side edges of the dispenser is prevented.
