For example, the receiver may provide a snap lock function that secures and automatically spaces the deck planks on the receiver, which is fastened to a deck joist. In addition, the system is designed to conceal fasteners used to attach the system to the deck joist.

The system includes a door stop that removeably snaps into a receiver, wherein the door stop conceals the fasteners used to connect the receiver to a door jamb. In addition, the door stop includes a receiving space for a replaceable seal.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a leaf guard system of interlocking corrugated leaf guards, wherein the corrugated section of the leaf guard provides an air space between a top surface of the leaf guard and any leaves that may come to rest on it. The space created by the corrugated structure helps dry the leaves quickly thus allowing the leaves to blow off the guard quickly, thereby reducing the adhesion of a wet leaves to a flat surface. The leaf guards include tapered drain openings within the corrugated section of the leaf guard that decrease the possibility of water running over the leaf guard and thus not into the gutter.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a snap lock siding system includes a snap lock receiver rail that holds the siding in place and provides predetermined, accurate spacing of the siding. The system includes a receiver rail connected to a bottom receiver track that holds the bottom edge of the siding in place and acts as a closure strip for the bottom edge of the siding system. In addition, the system includes siding that is designed to snap into the receiver rail and receiver track.
