    Abstract: An enterprise network includes hosts running services. Some of the services have security vulnerabilities. There are one or more threat zones associated with the network. For example, a firewall may create two threat zones, one internal to the firewall and one external to it. A device profiler in the first threat zone profiles the hosts on the network and identifies the vulnerabilities that are present. A device profiler in the second threat zone determines which of the identified vulnerabilities are accessible from its zone. A risk module calculates the risk associated with a vulnerability based on the vulnerability's severity, threat level metrics for the threat zones, and an asset value of the host with the vulnerability. A reporting module prioritizes the vulnerabilities based on their risks.

    Abstract: Embodiments of toy dolls and doll stands are disclosed, in which a user input applied to the doll or stand may generate motion in the stand and/or doll to animate the doll and/or stand. In some embodiments, a users' input motion may be stored in a compression or expansion member, such as a spring, and gradually released to actuate motion of one or more parts of the stand and/or doll. In some embodiments, the dolls and stands can be separate or for use with each other, the same stand usable for multiple dolls. In some embodiments, the doll may be powered to move independent of the stand.

    Abstract: A toy figure resembling a four-legged animal includes a resilient body having a back portion and a head defining a mouth passage. A liquid filled bottle is insertable into the mouth of the figure to transfer liquid into the interior of the figure. A single direction flow valve couples the transferred liquid from the mouth through a throat housing and ultimately into a resilient liquid bladder supported within the body of the toy figure. The toy figure body further supports a discharge valve coupled to a downwardly open discharge port which is operated by a vertically extending actuating rod supported within the bladder. The actuating rod and discharge valve as well as the discharge port define communicating passages which provide an air vent for the bladder during filling. A quantity of liquid is discharged downwardly through the discharge port by pressing upon the toy figure body with sufficient force to depress the actuating rod and open the discharge valve.

    Abstract: A doll includes a pair of arms, a pair of legs and a head supported by a doll torso. One of the doll arms is secured to the torso at a shoulder joint which includes the outer end of an arm movement mechanism. The arm movement mechanism includes an arm shaft pivotally supported at the shoulder joint of the doll at one end and having a ball at the interior end thereof. The arm movement mechanism within the doll further includes a slidably supported traveler having a spring urging the traveler toward one end of its motion. The traveler includes a rearwardly extending lever passing through an aperture formed in the doll torso. The traveler defines a socket which receives the ball end of the arm shaft in a pivotal attachment. As the user moves the lever upon the doll torso, the arm shaft is pivoted causing a corresponding pivotal movement of the doll arm.

    Abstract: A toy doll having arms which move in response to the upper torso of the doll being pivoted about a horizontal axis. As the upper torso of the doll is tilted back and forth, a pin engaged to the lower torso of the doll slidably engages the upper curved surfaces of a cam support mounted in the upper torso causing a forked plate rotatably mounted on the support to rotate back and forth. Rotation of the forked plate causes a crown gear to rotate which engages two gears with detents rotatably mounted on a shaft. As a result, the two gears with detents rotate in opposite directions causing arm connectors attached to the doll's arms to also rotate in opposite directions. As such, the doll's arms move back and forth in opposite directions as the upper torso is tilted back and forth. A spring disposed around the shaft and between the two gears with detents allows the two gears to disengage from the arm connectors preventing damage to the doll when the arms of the doll are twisted improperly by a child.

    Abstract: A motion delay mechanism is disclosed which can be mounted within the torso of an animated figure toy having articulated arms. A spring is used to rotate the arms and a governor is incorporated into the mechanism for the purpose of delaying movement of the arms.The governor features a worm gear which is used in conjunction with other gears to slow down rotation of the arms. A ratchet is used for selectively loading the spring and engaging the gears. The arms of the figure toy may be used to slowly move the hands of the toy through hair attached to the toy's head or to tilt the head backward.
