  • Patent number: 7711188
    Abstract: The present application relates to a method of processing data corresponding to an image (42; 52; 68; 70; 78, 80; 98). The method includes the step of generating an identifier (56, 58, 60, 62; 74, 76; 83, 84; 91, 92, 93) for identifying a region of the image (42; 52; 68; 70; 78, 80; 98) to which a block of said data relates; and then storing the identifier (56, 58, 60, 62; 74, 76; 83, 84; 91, 92, 93). The application further relates to apparatus for processing data corresponding to an image (42; 52; 68; 70; 78, 80; 98).
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: May 4, 2010
Inventors: Wolfgang Lempp, James Logie, Mark Wolforth
  • Patent number: 7506240
Abstract: The present application relates to a method of at least substantially synchronizing data output from at least first and second graphics cards (1, 2). A synchronization difference between the first graphics card (1) and the second graphics card (2) is determined and a correction signal (41) generated based on the synchronization difference. The correction signal (41) is supplied to the second graphics card and the operating frequency of the second graphics card (2) is adjusted in response to the correction signal (41). The application also relates to a system (100) for processing images.

Date of Patent: March 17, 2009
    Assignee: Filmlight Limited
