  • Publication number: 20180075464
Abstract: The invention relates to a pre-meeting survey method configured to assist a customer in a decision making situation. The invention relates also to a data network arrangement, a server, and a computer program product, by means of which a pre-meeting survey is accomplished in a communications network before a booked customer meeting. The pre-meeting survey comprises a questionnaire that includes questions about well-known personality features of people and also about actual customer needs. The customer stores the answers to the questions of the pre-meeting survey in the server of the service or product provider. The server defines a personality profile of the customer by utilizing answers to the personality feature questions. On the basis of the defined personality profile of the customer the server further prepares a customer-personified agenda and customer-personified helpful contents to be utilized in the upcoming meeting.

  • Patent number: 9372912
Abstract: A method, a server, a database and a computer program product by means of which comparison data of decision making applications can be enriched so that they may be utilized in other decision making applications. An application specific default database is first defined by selecting attributes to be assessed; selecting items to be compared; linking the selected attributes to the items by default attribute values and saving the defined default database of the decision making application to a global database. From the saved default attributes of items it is then calculated global attribute values to said items. The global attributes are then saved also to the global database. A second decision making application may be converted from the global attributes by first selecting a sub-group of items from all items of the global database. Then global attributes of items of the sub-group are converted to the local attributes, whereby speeding up creation of the second decision making application.

  • Patent number: 9183462
Abstract: A method, a data network arrangement and a computer program product by which a comparator can be implemented in a data network. The user of the comparator stores his evaluation of the properties included in the targets to be evaluated in a database in the server in the data network using a graphic one- or two-dimensional evaluation frame. In the comparator the comparator user's evaluations are compared to property evaluations given by a reference user. When calculating the total accuracy percentage of the comparison the evaluations given by the comparator user are weighted with a weighting coefficient, which is obtained by normalizing first the importance evaluations of all the properties given by the reference user and by using the normalized importance evaluation of a certain property as the weighting coefficient for this property.

  • Publication number: 20150032570
Abstract: A method, a data network arrangement, a computer program product and a server accomplish a service platform. The service platform has several customer interfaces whereby the customer can request a service in the service platform. The service platform prioritizes the received customer requests based on the prioritization value given to different customer events. A customer servant sees the customer requests in the order of importance that is based on the given prioritization value of each customer event. By utilizing the service platform the customer servant can concentrate on serving the customer requests in order of importance.
