At least two tube sectors, which are arranged within each other and move relative to each other, of which the tube sector that revolves around the axis of revolution has a bending or cutting tool. The mutual movement of the tube sectors is brought about by actuators acting between the tube sectors and expandable by means of pressure of a medium.
