Abstract: An inventive system for acting on an online service among several users, comprises a user application for each user, a server application and a database. The system is configured to provide information and statistic to each user application from the server application, and has an arrangement to treat all users equal with respect to server response time and network performance despite a physical location of each user application. In other words, the system enables fair service, like playing, despite of the player's geographical location.
