Abstract: A method for estimating a future value of at least one performance parameter of a first user includes measuring, for first user, a first set of values of at least one molecular biomarker and a first set of corresponding values of at least one performance parameter; determining a first correlation between first set of values of at least one molecular biomarker and first set of corresponding values of at least one performance parameter; using determined first correlation to generate a first performance prediction function for first user that indicates at least one performance parameter as a function of at least one molecular biomarker; measuring, for first user, a prediction request value of at least one molecular biomarker; and using first performance prediction function to estimate future value of at least one performance parameter, based on prediction request value of at least one molecular biomarker.

Abstract: Disclosed is a kit for holding samples with a casing having a first portion and a second portion. When the kit is in enclosed state, the first and second portions define closed space therebetween. A mattress having first part and second part holds a refrigerant therein. A temperature of the refrigerant lies within a predefined range of temperature. Stencil(s) having openings of a first type are dimensioned to receive containers therein and to hold containers securely. Each container is capable of holding a sample therein. When the kit is in an enclosed state, the stencil(s) is encased by first and second parts, thereby enabling temperature of samples held in containers to be maintained within predefined range of temperature.

Abstract: Disclosed is an apparatus for collecting a sample fluid including a hollow elongate body having a volume. The volume has a bottom and an inlet opposite to the bottom of the volume, wherein the volume of the hollow elongate body is configured to receive the sample fluid via the inlet. The apparatus further comprising at least one sensor, coupled to the hollow elongate body, wherein the at least one sensor has at least one opening for receiving at least a part of the sample fluid from the volume. The apparatus further comprising a plurality of electrical connectors, arranged with the hollow elongate body, connected to the at least one sensor.

Abstract: A system and a method for recommending a physical routine to a person. The system includes a physical sensor, a biochemical sensor and a processing arrangement. The processing arrangement is configured to measure, via the physical sensor, a first intensity and a corresponding first training impulse of a first physical routine, and a second intensity and a corresponding second training impulse of a second physical routine; determine, via the biochemical sensor, a first level of a biochemical marker associated with completion of the first physical routine and a second level of a biochemical marker associated with completion of the second physical routine; calculate a corresponding first response value and a second response value; compare the calculated first response value and the calculated second response value, and recommend one of the first physical routine and the second physical routine for the person based on the comparison.
