    Abstract: The invention relates to a transistorized voltage limiter as a dipole having in the conduction direction the characteristic similar to that of the Zener diode. When low voltage is involved, this transistorized voltage limiter can replace the Zener diode in various electronic circuits for the stabilization of voltage. Moreover, it has a small dynamic resistance and eliminates noises in the curve.
