    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a beverage dispenser with an identification device and an operating method of the beverage dispenser. The beverage dispenser with an identification device comprises a body, the identification device installed on the body, and the heating device installed on the body and electrically connected to the identification device. It may realize the heating of the beverage in the pot via the heating device after the identification device identifies the type of pot and after the identification device turns on the heating device, or the disconnection of the heating device by the identification device. According to the type of pot identified, the beverage dispenser with an identification device may heat the beverage in a pot without a heat preservation function, or not heat a pot with a heat preservation function and use the pot itself for heat preservation.

The stirring device ensures that the water in the lower pot is evenly heated and reaches the required temperature quickly, and the temperature control device ensures precise control of the water temperature and heating time, thereby realizing automatic control of the coffee-making process, guaranteeing the taste of the coffee, and shortening the coffee brewing time.

A vertical upwardly extending mixing container protrusion is set at the bottom of the mixing container of the yogurt maker and a mixing head is detachably sleeved on the mixing container protrusion, and the rotation of the mixing head is driven by a power device so that the mixing head can mix the mixture in the mixing container well. At the same time, a temperature sensor is installed at the bottom of the mixing container to monitor the temperature of the mixing container, so as to ensure constant heat preservation conditions in different environments. The mixing device can be detached easily, which eliminates hygienic blind spots and ensures that the yogurt maker can be cleaned easily after making yogurt.
