Abstract: An anchor for securing a tooth replacement includes an anchoring part secured to an implant or jaw, having a recess, and a pivoting part to which the tooth replacement can be secured and which contains a pin. The pivoting part is pivotable with respect to the anchoring part when the pin is received in the recess. The anchor is configured to permit application of a hardenable substance in the recess of the anchoring part so as to fix the pivoting part in a defined position of pivoting.

Abstract: The device for fastening a dental prosthesis includes a bar patrix (20) and a connecting part (10), which can be attached to the dental prosthesis and has a recess into which the bar patrix can be inserted and which is surrounded by two side walls (11, 12) connected via a ceiling element (13). The side walls (11, 12) and the ceiling element (13) are shaped such that the dental prosthesis, when it is placed on the bar patrix (20) via the connecting part (10) attached thereon, rests on the bar patrix via a first (11), a second (12) and a third support location (13c), wherein in each case a free space (14a, 14b) is present between the first and third support locations and the second and third support locations.

Abstract: The arrangement for forming a bar construction, to which a prosthesis can be fastened, may comprise: a first connecting element with a first end which has a through-opening through which an end of a fixation screw can be passed in order to fasten the first connecting element in a specific angular position in relation to an implant, and a second end which is connectable with a bar, and a second connecting element, which is connectable by a releasable connection to the first connecting element, and securing means for counteracting a separation of the two connecting elements from each other when these are connected and moved. The two connecting elements may each comprise an end that has a substantially spherical inner face and a substantially spherical outer face. The head of a fixation screw may have a first substantially spherical outer face and a second substantially conical outer face.

Abstract: The anchorage for dental prosthetics includes a male member which is attachable to a tooth and comprises, in a preferred embodiment, a ball head, and a female member which is attachable to a dental prosthesis. The female member comprises an internal thread and a lamellar insert having a threaded portion for receiving and retaining the ball head, the retention force of the lamellar insert being continuously adjustable by rotation thereof. A female member of this kind with a screwed lamellar insert allows a fine adjustment of the retention of the male member in accordance with the actual conditions.
