The transport device comprises a depression for receiving a pack and boundary surfaces on at least two sides of the depression, wherein the depression and the boundary surfaces are arranged such that the pack with the product can be arranged in the depression and a pack component on at least one of the boundary surfaces. The labeling unit is configured to apply a label to the pack while the product is arranged in the depression.

Abstract: A press-on device for a labeling machine that presses an adhesive label onto a product package. The press-on device may comprise a slide element as a support for a product package, a conveying unit for conveying a product package along a conveying direction, and a folding element for folding an adhesive label applied to an upper surface of the product package and projecting beyond the package. The press-on device additionally comprises a motor and a press-on unit driven by the motor and moved in a linear movement during operation of the press-on device, the press-on unit being configured to press an end of the adhesive label onto a lower surface of the product package during the linear movement of the press-on unit.

Abstract: An apparatus is provided for the exposure of printing plates for a printing mechanism, wherein the respective printing plate is mounted to a cylinder. Two exposure stations each have a holder for the respective cylinders, with which there is associated a common laser optical system mounted reciprocably between the two exposure stations. A carriage carrying the laser optical system is reciprocable with a movement component parallel to the axis of rotation of the cylinder in the respective station. In each exposure station a support element is operable to support a shaft carrying the respective cylinder, the support element being reciprocatingly slidable between a first position in which it supports the shaft near an end thereof and a second position in which it releases the shaft.
