  • Patent number: 11052760
Abstract: A vehicle control device incorporating a plurality of vehicle control elements, at least one control apparatus to alter a functionality of the vehicle control elements, each of the vehicle control elements adapted in use to control a valve in a hydraulic line, in which each vehicle control element incorporates a vehicle control display element, the vehicle control display element indicating whether the functionality of the vehicle control element may be altered. This allows a driver when looking at the vehicle control element easily to see from the vehicle control display element whether the functionality of the vehicle control element may be changed.

  • Publication number: 20180170183
Abstract: A user control system for a vehicle, which allows for a user control element to be assigned to control different vehicle functions. In the case of vehicle functions requiring a plurality of control inputs, e.g. a direction-related vehicle function, the control system provides indicator elements which highlight the link between individual control elements which have been assigned to control such multiple-input functions. The indicator elements are preferably provided as light-emitting elements positioned between adjacent control elements which illuminate to indicate the functional connection between controls.
