  • Publication number: 20210276284
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a pressure accumulator (1), in particular for accumulating hydrogen in motor vehicles, wherein first of all an inner liner (3) of the pressure reservoir (1) is produced, preferably by means of a plastic blow molding process, wherein subsequently the inner liner (3) is provided, preferably braided, on the outside with a multi-ply reinforcing layer (9) including reinforcement fibers (8), and wherein the reinforcing layer (9) is then impregnated with a resin, preferably an epoxy resin, which, after curing, fixes the position of the reinforcement fibers (8) in the reinforcing layer (9). According to the invention the impregnation takes place from the contact region (K) of the outer surface of the inner liner (3) with the reinforcing layer (9) to the outer region of the reinforcing layer (9).

  • Patent number: 9956712
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing a pressure accumulator (1), in particular for storing hydrogen in motor vehicles. First, a pressure accumulator liner (3) which has at least one pole cap (2, 2?) is produced preferably by means of a plastic blow molding method, and the outside of the liner (3) is then provided, preferably braided, with a multi-ply reinforcing layer (9), which has reinforcing fibers (8). According to the invention, a fiber supply cap (10, 10?) is applied on the pole cap (2, 2?) prior to applying the reinforcing fibers (8), the outer surface of the fiber supply cap being spaced from the pole region (21, 21?) of the pole cap (2, 2?).

  • Patent number: 9758608
Abstract: The invention relates to the use of at least one comb polymer which includes side chains which have at least one cationic group, and does not include side chains having polyether groups, and which has a main chain which has carboxyl groups, as dispersant for hydraulically settable compositions. The invention also relates to hydraulically settable cement compositions, moldings, comb polymers and method for producing comb polymers.

  • Publication number: 20160017082
Abstract: Provided are cationic comb polymers, obtainable by polymerizing a monomer mixture, which contains at least one monomer having at least one cationic group covalently bonded to the monomer and which contains at least one monomer of the formula R1—O-[AO]n—R2, wherein R1 is an alkenyl group, R2 represents H, an alkyl group having 1 to 20 C atoms, or an aryl group or alkylaryl group having 7 to 20 C atoms, A independently of one another represents a C2 to C6 alkylene group, and n is a value from 2 to 300. Also provided are hydraulically setting cement compositions, shaped bodies, uses, and methods for producing comb polymers. Also provided are novel comb polymers with cationic side chains and structural subunits that comprise polyether components. Further provided are hydraulically setting cement compositions, shaped bodies, uses and methods for producing comb polymers.
