  • Patent number: 7934864
Abstract: The invention relates to a multicomponent foil-type container comprising a first chamber (5) for accommodating a first component, at least one second chamber (5?) for accommodating a second component, a discharge duct (6) that can be connected to said chambers (5, 5?), deflection elements (11) for mixing the components within the discharge duct (6), and a seal (12; 12?; 21; 25, 25?; 36, 36?) which prevents the components from being mixed before being used and can be opened for discharging the components. The deflection elements (11) of the inventive multicomponent foil-type container are disposed on a separate mixing element (9) that is located in the discharge duct (6) such that the multicomponent foil-type container is easy to produce while allowing different components to be mixed in a particularly effectively manner. The invention further relates to a device for squeezing a multicomponent foil-type container in a particularly effective fashion.

  • Patent number: 5388030
Abstract: The input and/or output device for process data has a mounting rack (1), as well as a plurality of modules (2) fastened on the mounting rack (1). A process connector (4) can be inserted into each of the modules (2) on the front side in each case. Each module (2) has a circuit board (17) which is arranged in a housing (8), as well as a terminal strip (18) which is connected non-positively to the process connector (4). The terminal strip (18) serves to receive contact pins (26) which interact with contacts of the process connector (4). The input and/or output device is intended to demonstrate a high degree of operational reliability even in the case of a high level of mechanical and electromagnetic stresses.

  • Patent number: 5323296
Abstract: The input and/or output device for process data exhibits a subrack (1) and at least one assembly (2) mounted on the subrack (1) and a process connector (4) which can be frictionally introduced into the at least one assembly at the front. The at least one assembly (2) exhibits a circuit board (17) arranged in a housing and a connector strip (18) which is frictionally connected to the process connector (4). This device is to be of simple and appropriate design and, at the same time, loading of the circuit board (17) with large mechanical forces is to be avoided. This is achieved by the fact that the connector strip (18) is mechanically rigidly connected to the housing and contains elastically deformable terminal pins (21) on which the circuit board (17) is supported.

  • Patent number: 4553658
Abstract: An article processing line has a plurality of first conveyors for advancing articles in a direction of conveyance; a plurality of second conveyors adjoining respective first conveyors for advancing articles in the direction of conveyance; a plurality of normally operating processing machines associated with a respective second conveyor for receiving articles therefrom; a standby conveyor mechanism situated underneath the second conveyors; a standby processing machine associated with the standby conveyor mechanism for receiving articles therefrom; and a plurality of deflector conveyor belts adjoining respective first conveyors. Each deflector conveyor belt is pivotal in a vertical plane to assume an upper position and a lower position. In the lower position the deflector conveyor belt is operatively connected with the standby conveyor mechanism for receiving articles from the respective first conveyor and transferring articles to the standby conveyor mechanism.

  • Patent number: 4499988
Abstract: An apparatus for selectively routing articles from a supply conveyor belt to an upper delivery conveyor and a lower delivery conveyor. The apparatus has first, second and third deflecting rollers about which the supply conveyor belt is successively trained. The first and second deflecting rollers are at about the same height level, while the third deflecting roller is therebelow. The first deflecting roller defines a first discharge end and an upper reach, while the third deflecting roller defines a second discharge end and a lower reach of the supply conveyor belt. The first deflecting roller can assume an advanced position in which articles advanced on the upper reach are transferred from the first discharge end onto the upper delivery conveyor and a withdrawn position in which articles advanced on the upper reach are transferred from the first discharge end onto the lower reach.
