  • Patent number: 10816103
Abstract: A valve includes a housing enclosing a pressure chamber. At least one media opening is closeable via a valve element activated by a wire-shaped SMA element connected at its ends to a printed circuit board and at its middle to the valve element. The wire-shaped SMA element extends in a plane parallel to a direction of movement of the valve element.

  • Patent number: 9212759
Abstract: A valve has a housing that has a first media opening and encloses a pressure space, and a valve element actuated by at least one wire-shaped SMA element arranged in a pressure space that in a first position closes the media opening and in a second position closes the first media opening that opens the valve element. The valve housing is formed by a housing shell open on one side and a circuit board closing it with which the SMA element is electrically connected.

  • Publication number: 20140125042
Abstract: The invention refers to a valve (1) with a housing (2) that has a first media opening (7) and encloses a pressure space (6), and a valve element (8) actuated by at least one wire-shaped SMA element (9) arranged in a pressure space that in a first position (I) closes the media opening and in a second position (II) closes the first media opening that opens the valve element (8). The valve housing is formed by a housing shell (3) open on one side and a circuit board (11) closing it with which the SMA element (9) is electrically connected to.

  • Patent number: 6874529
Abstract: The invention concerns a level limit valve for the fuel tank of a vehicle. Such valves serve the purpose, that upon the filling of the fuel tank, the filled quantity of the fuel is limited. The proposed level limit valve possesses a valve body 1 which can be positioned within the fuel tank at the end of a filling pipe. The valve body is equipped with an intake port 22 which is connectable with the said filling pipe and an outlet port 21 emptying into the interior of the fuel tank. Further, in the valve body 1 is found a flap 4, which is pivotally movable between a position tightly sealing the outlet port 21 and a position wherein this is opened. The float 3 is movably connected to said flap 4 by means of a lever rod 5. The lever rod 5 penetrates the outlet port 21 at least in the opened position of the flap 4 and is connected by means of linkage with that outer side 28 of the flap 4 which is proximal to the outlet port 21.
