    Abstract: The invention relates to positional data recording, and in particular, to a method and system for polling the concordance of a mobile radio terminal user for the transmission of positional data to a poller. Specifically, polling data are supplemented by a specification stipulated for the poller on the basis of which it van be determined at least whether the consent of the mobile radio terminal is to be obtained for forwarding the mobile radio position data to the poller.
