  • Patent number: 11351309
Abstract: A medicament injection device is disclosed comprising a housing containing a medicament cartridge holder; a rotatable cap assembly; a needle holder holding a needle, the needle holder being releasably supported by the cap assembly, a pre-stressed spring coupled to the medicament cartridge holder; wherein the cap assembly is arranged so that rotation thereof releases the pre-stressed spring, causing the medicament cartridge holder to move axially in a distal direction towards the needle. A method of operating the device is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10881810
Abstract: A drug delivery device comprises a cap releasably secured to a main body of the drug delivery device and a needle assembly retained within the cap. The drug deliver device also includes a pre-stressed biasing element disposed between the cap and the needle assembly and configured to bias the needle assembly in a distal direction with respect to the drug delivery device while the cap is secured to the main body. The drug delivery device further comprises one or more locking elements each having a locked position and an unlocked position. In the locked position, the locking elements prevent the needle assembly from engaging with a cartridge retained within the main body. In an initial position, the cap is configured to retain the locking elements in the locked position. In an intermediate position, the cap is configured to release the locking elements to allow the needle assembly to engage with the cartridge.

  • Patent number: 9888757
Abstract: An attachment for an epilator or an epilator having at least a clamping unit for clamping and plucking hairs that is arranged for driven movement relative to a housing along a hair capture direction is disclosed. The clamping unit has a moveable clamping element having a clamping surface and a hair guiding surface and a fixed clamping element having a clamping surface and a hair guiding surfaced. The moveable clamping element and the fixed clamping element are arranged to be cyclically moveable between an open position in which the two clamping surfaces have a minimal distance such that a gap for receiving hairs is formed between them and a closed position in which the two clamping surfaces abut on each other. The two hair guiding surfaces form a funnel in front of the gap in the open position with respect to the hair capture direction.
