  • Patent number: 9597788
Abstract: A handheld power tool has a switchable gear component actuatable by a selector switch. The gear component moves from a first operating position into a second operating position. The selector switch has a first switching position associated with the first operating position and a second switching position associated with the second operating position, and movable so that intermediate positions are assumed. A traveling coupling between the selector switch and the gear component has a spring exerting force onto the gear component in the first direction. A locking bolt is coupled to the selector switch in a positively driven manner. In the intermediate positions, the locking bolt is moved into a blocking bolt position blocking movement of the gear component out of the first operating position into the second operating position. When the selector switch is in the second switching position, the locking bolt is in a releasing bolt position.

  • Publication number: 20160371315
Abstract: An in-memory database server hosting a tenant of a multi-tenant software architecture can receive a definition of a custom data field that is unique to an organization having isolated access to the tenant. The custom data field can extend a standard table defined by central metadata stored at a system tenant of the multi-tenant software architecture. Tenant private metadata that includes the definition can be stored in memory accessible only to the tenant. A tenant-dependent table that includes the custom data field can be formed, for example by retrieving central metadata defining the standard table from the system tenant and adding the custom data field using the definition. The tenant-dependent table can be presented for access via a database client at the organization. Related systems, articles of manufacture, and computer-implemented methods are disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20160290549
Abstract: A corrosion protected metal pipe for installation in an offshore structure or for producing a pipeline laid in water is provided. The metal pipe has an at least two-layer covering on the pipe with a lower layer facing the pipe and an upper layer on a side of the lower layer not facing the pipe is provided. The layers are formed such that the lower layer is electrically conductive and the upper layer is electrically insulating, the lower layer is optically contrasting to the upper layer, or the lower layer is electrically conducting and optically contrasting to the upper layer and the upper layer is electrically insulating. Thus, in the event of damage to the layer or layers lying above, a visual or electrical signal can be detected. Damage to the corrosion protection covering can therefore be detected easily and, if appropriate, reported by remote monitoring.
