    Abstract: An input arrangement for a mobile device may include (a) a manual input mechanism producing a primary input when engaged; and (b) first and second state shifting mechanisms respectively producing first and second secondary inputs when used in combination with an initial engaging of the manual input mechanism. Each of the first and second state shifting mechanisms also produces a further secondary input when used in combination with a subsequent engaging of the manual input mechanism. The further secondary input produced by the combination of the manual input mechanism and the second state shifting mechanism is the first secondary input.
