  • Patent number: 12385530
Abstract: A decoupling device for separating a motor from a powertrain, having a piston which is movably mounted in a housing parallel to a longitudinal axis L of the housing and which has an arm for directly or indirectly actuating a coupling element. A first region of the piston is operatively connected to a first pressure chamber such that when pressure is applied to the first pressure chamber, the piston is moved in a first direction parallel to the longitudinal axis L. A second pressure chamber is provided which is operatively connected to a second region of the piston such that when pressure is applied to the second pressure chamber, the piston is moved in a second direction parallel to the longitudinal axis L, the second direction being opposite the first direction.

  • Patent number: 12313126
Abstract: A clutch for selectively coupling a motor to a motor vehicle drive train includes a housing, a shift sleeve, an actuating bell arranged to move the shift sleeve, a piston and a stop disc. The housing includes a first pressure chamber and a second pressure chamber. The piston is connected to the actuating bell and arranged in a pressure-dependent axially movable manner between the first pressure chamber and the second pressure chamber. The stop disc is arranged in the first pressure chamber or in the second pressure chamber for limiting axial mobility of the piston.

  • Publication number: 20220260122
Abstract: An actuating device with an actuating piston for transmitting an actuating force to a multi-plate device, with a housing section that receives the actuating piston for movement between an open and a closed position. The housing section has a pressure chamber, and the actuating piston delimits the pressure chamber such that, for an increase of a fluid pressure in the pressure chamber, the actuating piston moves from the open into the closed position. A spring resets the actuating piston, and the spring is supported via a first support surface on the actuating piston and a second support surface on the housing section. The first and the second support surface are arranged situated axially opposite one another and overlapping in a radial direction, such that the spring is supported simultaneously in one axial direction on the first support surface and in an axial opposite direction on the second support surface.

  • Publication number: 20110233025
Abstract: A clutch actuating unit for a motor vehicle clutch that has a hydraulic release apparatus. The clutch actuating unit has a slave cylinder which is arranged concentric to a transmission input shaft and has a working chamber, an axially movable ring piston arranged in the slave cylinder, and a bearing flange receiving and supporting the slave cylinder. The slave cylinder is integrated into the bearing flange.

  • Publication number: 20110120298
Abstract: A slave cylinder inside a hydraulic section for clutch actuation. The slave cylinder is arranged concentrically about a transmission input shaft in the region of two different diameters that come in direct contact with each other. In order to create a slave cylinder with a compact design, despite unfavorable space conditions, the ratio of 2:1 between the mean housing diameter and the necessary guide length can be implemented, both the inner surface of the housing directed toward the transmission input shaft and the piston are congruent in the longitudinal section with the outer shape of the stepped transmission input shaft such that the piston is guided in the housing at the inside diameter on the clutch-side end and at the outside diameter on the transmission-side end.

  • Patent number: 7946630
Abstract: A hydraulic system, especially for motor vehicles includes a master cylinder, a slave cylinder and a pressure medium line connected thereto. The invention provides a hydraulic system which is simple or economical to produce by virtue of the fact that the hydraulic system includes at least one hydraulic plug-type connection with a plug connector and a socket contact and the plug connector includes an abutment and a sealing element which are made of different materials and which are connected together in a material fit.
